郝孝义(号冰城子、愚公),祖籍河北省保定市徐水区,1942年出生于哈尔滨市。现为中华老人文化交流促进会中国书画家委员会副秘书长、中国互联网联盟副主编、中国民族建筑研究会艺专委理事会理事,客座教授、副主席、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长、中国楹联学会会员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员,特聘书画家、北京军友书画院副院长、北京国风书画普教学会理事、北京湖社画会会员、北京书法家协会会员、中国华夏万里行书画家协会会员等。
